CFTC Head Shifts View on Swaps 

The head of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission will support giving federal regulators, and not clearinghouses, the power to decide which swaps should be cleared, House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D., Mass.) said Friday.  More>>
